 We're   blessed with a caring, giving   professional   team , but  that's   only   pat of the story.  HCC is all  about  members who care.  They volunteer, staff the phones,  serve meals, coffee, reach into neighborhoods and show God's love throughout the area.

     Why?  Not because we're good.  Sin is sin, and it dirties all of us.  When we stand alone we are weak, frail, and easily led down the wrong paths.  But God freely gives the gift of faith, and if you are looking, if you are yearning, then that faith is already taking root in you.   It frees you like nothing else.  Does it vaccinate against troubles?  No, but it makes them bearable.  Better yet, it puts a new attitude in the heart, one of gratitude.

We are members of the Evangelical Covenant Church and rejoice that a cornerstone of our denomination is an openness to interpretations while remaining faithful to the Bible as God's very word and our only guide.,
