Student Ministry Rhythms
Anchor Events (Grades 6–12)
High-energy events, outings, and game nights designed for fun and connection. Held monthly or seasonally on weekends, these are the best and easiest opportunities for students to invite friends.
The Gatherings (Grades 6–12)
Focused 3-to-4 week seasonal "sprints" on Sunday evenings where our entire student community gathers for a shared meal, fun, and deep discussion on faith and life. The Gatherings happen once in the fall and once in the spring.
Middle School Huddles (Grades 6–8)
Flexible, 60-minute small groups led by caring Christian adults. Meeting bi-weekly at local coffee shops, public spots, or restaurants, Huddles give middle schoolers a fun, safe space to connect with peers and explore their faith.
High School Huddles (Grades 9–12)
Designed specifically for high schoolers, this group meets every other Sunday evening for dinner and informal conversation. It provides a welcoming space to relax, connect, and grow in faith and friendship. Discussions explore real-life spirituality with ample space to wonder, ask big questions, and wrestle with doubt.
Please contact Pastor Jesse if you have questions or are in need of prayer or support.
CONFIRMATION // 7-8 grade — Meets Sunday mornings
Confirmation fosters a deep and abiding relationship with God through exploring Scripture, asking hard questions, connecting their journey to the ancient stories, and wondering about how this rich faith matters in their lives today. Students are encouraged to begin, or take an intentional next step on their life-long journey as a followers of Jesus. Students attend each Sunday during the school year for two years, followed by a special Sunday in May when they have the opportunity to stand before the church and confirm their faith at this moment in their journey. (Does not meet during the summer)
